1 c. fine bread crumbs OR Shake 'N Bake (original)
1 T grated orange rind
3 whole chicken breasts, split
1 c. unsweetened orange juice
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs and orange rind. Dip each breast into 1/2 of the orange juice, then roll in bread crumb mixture. Place in buttered shallow pan. Bake at 400ºF for 20 min. Combine remaining orange juice, butter and honey in a small saucepan. Heat until butter is melted. Turn oven down to 350ºF.

Pour half the sauce over chicken and continue baking 20 min longer, baste with remaining sauce after 10 min.
