1 stick Margarine or butter
3 -4 Celery sticks chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1 medium Bell Pepper, chopped
1 tsp. Cumin
1 clove Garlic
5 or 6 Chicken Bouillons cubes
1 tsp. Yellow Food Color
1 tsp. Salt
1 chicken
5 cups Water
4 or 5 Bay Leaves
2 cups Rice
1 can English Peas

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and saute first four ingredients.
Clean and cut chicken into serving pieces.
In a large pot that has a lid combine everything except peas.
Cover and cook 20 to 25 minutes.
The last couple of minutes add the Peas.
