Ingredients:
2 cans crab meat, drained
1 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ cup Panko Japanese style bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
Pinch of pepper to taste
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a bowl. You might need more or less of the bread crumbs. Shape mixture into four patties, covering them in bread crumbs. The patties will appear not to be firm enough, but that will change as they bake.

Cover cookie sheet with foil and spray with Pam. Place in oven and bake 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.

This is the same recipe we use for Salmon croquettes. We no longer fry, we bake or grill. Baking this in the oven keeps the smell to a minimum.
