Ingredients:  
1 c. butter, softened at room temperature
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. confectioner's (powdered) sugar
2 c. all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Cream butter with sugar. Add egg yolk and beat until well blended. Gradually add in flour, one cup at a time. Roll in 1" balls. place on cookie sheet and flatten with tines of a fork. Bake 8-10 minutes.
