2 pounds cooked shrimp,
2 6 1/2 cans lobster,
2 6 1/2 cans crabmeat
1/4 pound butter
1/2 cup flour
3 1/2 cups milk.
1/2 cup tomato puree,
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 clove minced garlic
3ounces Gruyere cheese cut into small pieces
1/8 pound American cheese cut into small pieces,
1/4 cup sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan,
Add flour. blend and cook for 1 minute,
Add milk, tomato puree, salt, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic and cheese.
Stir over low heat until cheese is melted,
Add seafood and simmer until heated through.
Add sherry just before serving.
(Good served over rice)
