2 C. Brown sugar
2 C. White Sugar
2 C. Cooking oil
4 Eggs
2 T. Vanilla
4 & 3/4 C. Flour
1 & 1/2 C. Quick Oatmeal
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
4 C. Cornflakes (do not crush)

Optional: Mini Chocolate Chips or nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix: sugars, oil and eggs.
Add: vanilla and cornflakes; mix.
Add: oatmeal and mix.
Add: dry Ingredients and mix.
If dough is too stiff, add a small amount of milk.
With small cookie scoop drop on baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 - 11 minutes.
