1 c coconut milk
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 c lemon or lime juice
3 tbsp peanut butter
3 cloves garlic crushed
1 onion chopped
6 beef ribs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients,pour over the ribs. Cover & refrigerate for 6-8 hours(overnight even better) Drain the marinade. Grill under tender. Serve with jasmine rice, mashed potatoes or salad.
