2 lb ground pork
1 tbsp ginger powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 lbs bokchoy finely shredded
5 cans of bean sprouts (drained)
2 lbs of Chinese eggroll wrappers

Directions:
Directions:
Saute ground pork, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper in a 2 gallon pot. When pork is cooked, add bokchoy and bean sprouts. Drain in colander. you are now ready to roll. Put 1 1/2 tbsp of stuffing in wrapper. Wet end piece and roll. Deep fry until lightly browned.
