1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chips and peanut butter in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water; stir until blended. Mix in milk. Spread into buttered pan. Refrigerate, then cut into squares. Can add 12 oz. milk chocolate chips and 1 more cup of peanut butter for more chocolate fudge. For Nutty Butterscotch: use butterscotch chips instead of chocolate chips.
