Directions:
Cream sugar and butter, add vanilla and zucchini to creamed mixture. Add eggs one at a time. Next in another bowl mix together flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix dry flour mixture and milk alternately into creamed zucchini mixture and beat well. Some chocolate chips can also be added to the mixture at the end. You can pour into greased and floured bunt pan or 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes and remove from pan. Drizzle glaze over cake while still warm.(You can also divide the mixture into 2 loaf pans)

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I asked my son Ali what his favorite recipe from Iowa was and he said without hesitation, chocolate zucchini bread. We add the chocolate chips to the bread as the kids love it this way. When we went back to Iowa this past fall my Mom sent us home with a couple of loaves and Ali was so sad when it was all gone. He is determined that Grandma makes it the best! I have made it since then and it tastes just the same but he really loves it when his Grandma makes it the best. Who could pass up a Grandma's baking???
