16-20 slices of bread with crust removed (use crust for Christmas turkey stuffing)
Ham cut into thin bite sized slices
2 cups grated cheese
6 eggs
1/4 cups diced onions
3 cups milk (yes, 3 cups)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1-2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of cayenne pepper

In a 9X13 buttered glass baking dish, cover the bottom with one layer of bread slices. Add a layer of ham and then a layer of grated cheese (save half of the cheese to sprinkle on top). Cover with another full layer of bread.

In a mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour over bread. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Cover and leave in the fridge over night.

Bake uncovered at 350ºC for 1 hour.

Let sit 10-30 minutes before serving.
