Ingredients:  
1 can flaked crabmeat or fresh crabmeat cooked
3 T of butter
1/2 cup of light / fat free mayonnaise
1/4 cup of mustard
1/3 cup of low fat sour cream
2 tsp of lemon juice
2 T of chopped parsley
1 loaf of French or Italian bread
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 lb. of sliced low fat Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F
2. Combine crabmeat, sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, garlic salt and lemon juice & chill.
3. Slice bread in half lengthwise and put on a baking sheet.
4. Spread cut sides with butter.
5. Top with cheese slices.
6. Cover cheese with crab mixture.
7. Bake at 350º F until lightly brown - about 25 minutes.
8. Cut across to serve.
