1 large can crushed pineapple, do not drain
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups sugar
2 cups confectioners' sugar
6 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a large mixing bowl combine pineapple and eggs. Mix well. Stir in flour, baking soda and sugar. Pour batter into a greased 8 in. baking pan. Bake in 350ºF oven for 30 min. For frosting, mix sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and margarine in a medium bowl until smooth. Spread over the top of the cake. Serve cold.
