Pork roast, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp crushed garlic
1/2 tbsp accent
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade the pieces of pork in mixture over night. Soak wooden skewers in water for approx an hour. Place marinaded meat on skewers and grill.

We always dip this in the sauce explained below:

In 2 or 3 individual bowls, pour approximately 1 cup of vinegar, 3 or 4 chili peppers, and salt. Crush the chili peppers and mix.
