1 lb. beef cut in strips (tenderloin or sirloin)
2 tbsp. white wine
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 onion (sliced in rings)
2 tsp. oyster sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate beef in wine and cornstarch. Set aside. Combine sugar and soy sauce. Heat cooking oil (medium heat) and put beef all at once. Cook for 5 minutes while stirring constantly. Add sliced onion, soy sauce and sugar mixture. Stir for 2 minutes. Remove from stove and stir in oyster sauce. Serve while hot with white rice or rice noodles.
