2 lbs. ground beef or ground venison
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. chopped onions
1 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Flour
Oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, cracker crumbs, onions, milk, salt, and pepper. Blend well and put in loaf pan. Cover and refrigerate over night. Just before cooking, cut loaf into 1/2 to 3/4" slices. Dredge each slice in flour. In a large skillet, heat about 1/4 inch of oil and brown meat slices on both sides. Remove meat from skillet and place in 9x13 casserole dish. In a small bowl, combine soup and water.
Pour over meat. Bake, covered for 1½ hours at 300 degrees.
