Four deer steaks
4 cups flour
Salt, black pepper to taste
Vegetable oil
Greek seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse steaks thoroughly with cold water. Drain and squeeze out juices. Rinse again and do the same. Tenderize the steaks with a mallet until they are about double in size. You can then cut them into smaller size steaks that will fit the skillet better. In a large bowl, put flour, Greek seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. Dredge the steaks in flour mixture.

Begin heating about one-quarter inch of the oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Fry the steaks in the hot oil until they are lightly browned. Put onto paper towels or a brown paper bag to drain.
