3 tablespoons oil
12 cup warm water
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package yeast
2 tablespoons lukewarm water
2 cups less 2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoon dry milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, water, sugar, and salt. Soften yeast in lukewarm water. Mix flour and dry milk. Add dissolved yeast to liquid mixture, add dry ingredients and mix well. Put dough in bowl and brush top with oil, cover, Place in refrigerator. When ready to use, remove from refrigerator, allow to rise until double in volume, punch down, then shape as desired. Let rise until double in volume. Brush with melted butter and bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
