1 cup sugar
2 cups whole milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring or lemon flavoring
1/4 cup butter
1 (9") pie crust, unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients.

Put into double boiler and heat over boiling water. Stir constantly.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, then pour ingredients into pie crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 then reduce heat to 325. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until firm around edges and middle shaky.
