3 egg whites
2¼ cups sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. white Karo syrup
1½ tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg whites, sugar, salt, water, and Karo in top of double broiler. Beat about 1 minute to mix well. Place over boiling water and beat constantly on high speed for 7 minutes, stirring up from bottom occasionally. Remove from water. Add vanilla. Beat 1 minute or until a spreadable consistency is reached.
