2 lbs Pork Tenderloin
2 T Olive Oil
1/2 C Teriyaki Sauce
1 C Chicken Broth
1/4 C Brown Sugar
4 cloves Garlic, pressed
3 dried Chili Peppers, whole
1 med Onion, chopped
Black Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a fry pan, brown the pork tenderloin in the olive oil 10 to 15 minutes. Place the meat in a crock pot. In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Pour into the fry pan and heat until warm (slightly steaming). This will remove the good taste of the tenderloin left in the pan. Once warm, pour broth over the meat in the crock pot. Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours.
