2c. Sugar
6 tbsp.Cocoa
1 1/2 tsp.baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Blend together well and then add the following:
3/4 c. cooking oil.
2 tbsp. vanilla.
2 c. water. 2 tbsp. vinegar.
Directions:

Mix all together, bake in a greased 9x13 pan for 30 minutes (or until pick comes out clean) @ 350 degrees.
