4 boneless pork loin chops (4 oz. each)

1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tsp. canola oil
4 thin slices prosciutto or deli ham
1/2 c. juliened roasted red peppers
2 slices reduced-fat provolone cheese,cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle pork chops with garlic powder and pepper. in a large non stick skillet, cook chops in oil over med. heat for 4 or 5 min. on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 160*

Top each chop with prosciutto, red peppers,and cheese. Cover and cook for 1 0r 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
