2 large cans chunk chicken, shredded (I use Louis Rich breast cuts found in the lunch meat department, which comes in Southwest or plain, which both work)
48 oz. Great White Northern Beans
10 oz. Salsa (as hot as you like)
8 oz Monterey Jack or Colby Jack shredded cheese
1-2 tsp cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
2 cans chicken broth

Combine all ingredients and heat through, about 20 minutes. Serve with corn or tortilla chips.
