2 lbs. of green beans trimmed – about 8 cups
2 tsp. cayenne pepper-divided
4 cloves of garlic
4 dill heads
2 1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. pickling salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pack the beans lengthwise into clean, hot pint jars. To each pint, add 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 garlic clove and 1 dill head. Combine the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour boiling hot over the beans, leaving 1/2 inch head space. Seal. Process pints 10 minutes in a boiling water bath canner (use your pressure caner with the valve open and time when it starts to boil). Let age for at least 2 weeks
