2 large eggs
1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
6 T. unsalted butter, melted
3 packets (1oz each) Nestles ChocoBake unsweetened chocolate flavor
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt

Peanut Butter Layer:
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
3/4 c. powdered sugar

Ganache:
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 c. heavy whipping cream
1/3 c. peanut butter & mild chocolate chips

Grease 9" round cake pan. Line bottom w/ parchment paper; grease.

For Cake: Combine eggs & sugar in large bowl. Stir in flour, melted butter, chocobake, vanilla & salt until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 25 min or until wooden prick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool on wire rack 5 min. Run knife around edge of cake, cool for additional 10 min. Invert cake onto serving platter. Remove pan & parchment; cool completely.

Peanut Butter layer: Beat peanut butter, butter & vanilla extract in med. bowl til combined. Gradually beat in powdered sugar. Spread mixture on cake. Refrigerate for 30 min.

Ganache: Heat cream in small saucepan to boiling; remove from heat. Add semi-sweet chips let stand 5 min. Stir; refrigerate for 1/2 hour or until mixture is spreadable. Spread chocolate on top & sides of cake.

Melt peanut butter & mild choc chips in resealable plastic bag on 70% power for 30 sec. Knead bag to mix. If necessary, microwave an additional 10-15 sec intervals until melted. Cut small hole from corner of bag; squeeze to drizzle over cake.
Store in refrigerator. Let stand for 30 min before serving.
