6 pork tenderloin medallions
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp white wine
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 c. cream
1 tbsp minced parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Place each piece of tenderloin between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Flatten slightly. Sprinkle pork with pepper.

Heat butter in skillet; cook pork, 4-5 min. on each side.

Remove to serving platter, keep warm.

Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, wine, mustard & cream to skillet. Cook until heated through. Pour sauce over medallions, sprinkle with parsley & serve.
