4 large potatos or 8 small potatos,
2/3 Cup of Butter,
2/3 Cup of Flour,
7 Cups of Milk,
4 Green Onions (chopped) or Chives,
12 Strips of Bacon (cooked and crumbled) or use Bakon Bits,
2 Cups of Shredded Chedder Cheese,
1 Cup of Sour Cream,
1 tsp. of Salt,
1 tsp. of Black Pepper.

Peel and chop potatos in small pieces.Cook potatos in a big pot. Melt butter in a small pot and add flour until creamy.When potatos are soft drain. Add butter and flour to the big pot eith the potatos. then add onions and milk to soup and let it cook on low for 10mins. After that add bacon, sour cream, and cheese to soup. then let cook till the cheese is melted.
