2 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp tomato paste
4 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs (about 5 oz each)
1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted (optional)

Directions:
1. Heat grill or boiler to high. Put soy sauce, honey, and tomato paste in medium bowl and stir together.
2. Add chicken and turn to coat all surfaces.
3. Put chicken on grill or in ovenproof pan under broiler.
4. Cook chicken until well browned, about 4 minutes on the grill or 10 minutes under the broiler. Flip and brown second side until cooked through, about 2 minutes on the grill or 4 mins under the broiler. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (if using).

2. If you buy tomato paste in a tube it lasts indefinitely in the refrigerator or you can freeze leftovers from a can in tablespoon-size portions on a sheet of wax paper, peel them off, and store frozen in a ziplock bag.
