"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I was going through some of my Mom's family recipe books and found this one for salted peanut cookies , it is a recipe from my Aunt Ike. I have not made these yet but I sure will be sometime soon. I'm sure they are good as I remember Aunt Ike being a very good cook.I remember spending a lot of summers with her and Uncle Alfred when they lived on a farm by Manilla. Good times!!!!
