1 1/2 lb sweet potatoes (about 3), cut into thin spears
1 1/2 lb baking potatoes (about 3), cut into thin spears
1/2 c Kraft Light Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 c Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Toss potatoes with dressing. Spread onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender, turning after 30 min. and topping with cheese the last 5 min. Sprinkle with parsley.
Substitute 2 tsp. parsley flakes for the chopped fresh parsley.
