1 qt. mayonnaise
1/2 c. minced sweet onion
1/2 c. minced green onions(including tops)
1/2 c. sweet relish
2 T. lemon juice

Place all ingredients in bowl and mix together. Chill and serve with fish or shellfish.

I have made tartar sauce for the church fish fry for the past 3 years, and it gets rave reviews. Of course, I make 2 gallons of it!!
