2 lbs. carrots, peeled, sliced & cooked
1 onion , thinly sliced
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 can tomato soup
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cooled drained carrots, onions & peppers. Mix remaining ingredients in sauce pan. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour hot mixture over veggie mixture. Let cool.
