1/2 cup butter
1-cup flour
1-cup chopped nuts
1-8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1-cup powdered sugar
1-8 oz. container of cool whip
2- 3-oz. pkgs. French Vanilla pudding
3-cups milk
1-tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Butter, add flour. Add 1/2 cup nuts. Mix together and spread in 9x13 in. pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1-cup cool whip.Spread over cool crust and chill. Mix 2-3 oz. pudding with 3 cups milk, add vanilla. Spread over cheese mixture and chill. Spread rest of cool whip on top, sprinkkle with nuts. Enjoy!
