1 pork tenderloin
1 onion quartered & seasoned
Basting Sauce:
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 c. lemonade
2 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1 - 2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
1 oz. Sherry
1/4 tsp dry ginger
1/4 c. maple syrup
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 can cranberries
1/2 c. cranberry juice
Dry Rub:
3 - 5 garlic cloves, sliced into slivers
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º F.
Combine sauce ingredients in microwavable bowl. Microwave on high 2 min. stirring halfway through. Set aside. Mix dry rub ingredients & massage all over pork.
Place in hot oiled pan with onions. Bake 15 min. then reduce oven to 300º F.
Bake 1 hr. basting with sauce during last 20 min.
