4 pork chops
1 tbsp dry mustard
2 celery stalks, chopped
2 carrots chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Sprinkle chops with mustard. Heat large skillet. Brown pork chops on both sides. Add veggies on top of chops. Pour soup over top. Cover & bake 1 hr. Season to taste.
