1 stick margarine
3/4 c. flour
3 T. Better Than Bouillon© chicken base
4 c. water
1 can chopped canned green chili peppers
3 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan melt butter. Blend in flour and chicken bouillon. Stir in water. Cook and stir till thickened and bubble. Stir in chili peppers. Gradually add sour cream. Pour over tortillas in baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350º till heated through (20-30 minutes). add shredded cheddar cheese and bake for about 2 more minutes.

This recipe will cover 12 enchiladas in 2 9X13 pans. I arranged 12 burrito from the Grundy Center kitchen (thanks, Jen and Jen's sister!) in 2 9X13 pans and added the above sauce. DELICIOUS! It got rave reviews from my family.
