1 c. Butter, softened
2 cups Granulated Sugar
2 cups Ripe Banana (about 6 medium size), mashed
4 Eggs
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Soda
3 cups Flour
1-1/2 lbs Frozen Sliced Strawberries, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Incorporate the bananas and scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Add the eggs one at a time, mix thoroughly after each one. Set aside. In another bowl, mix the salt, baking soda, and flour. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and stir until fully incorporated. Add the strawberries. Pour into 2 greased 9 X 5 in. loaf pans. Bake for 60-75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely before inverting onto a plate.
