1-1/4 c. Sugar
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
2-1/4 c. All-Purpose Flour
1-1/2 c. Milk
3 Eggs
6 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Macadamia Nut Butter:
1 Stick Butter, softened
1/4 c. Honey
1/4 c. toasted Macadamia Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour in a medium bowl. Add brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract and beat until smooth. Pre-heat electric griddle to 350º, pour 1/4 cup batter onto griddle and cook on first side until bubbles form and sides look dry, flip over and cook until golden brown.
Macadamia Nut Butter: combine butter, honey, and nuts.
Top each pancake with a spoonful of topping.
