2 broilers., or pieces
2 Tbsp tarrragon
4 minced challots
1 c. dry wine
Melted oleo
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate the pieces for 1 hour in the tarragon, shallots and wine.
Preheat broiler. Broil chicken for about 20 min. or until tender. Baste it with melted oleo, and the strained marinate. ( Save some of the marinate to de-glaze the pan.) Correct the seasoning and serve on a platter with the drippings poured over it.
