2 lb hamburger meat
2 c cracker crumbs
2 c milk
1 sm chopped onion
salt
pepper
1 can mushroom soup (diluted w/1 can water)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients and press onto cookie sheet. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator and cut in squares and roll in flour. Fry till brown. Put in casserole dish and spread soup on each piece. Bake 1 hr at 325 degrees.
