1 lb fish fillets
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
2 T oil
1/2 c cornflake crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Wash & dry fillets & cut into serving pieces. Season, dip in oil and coat with cornflake crumbs. Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes without turning or basting.
