Ingredients:	Ingredients: Crust: 1 1/2 c. flour 2/3 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. softened butter 1 tsp. vanilla 2 egg yolks 3 c. mini marshmallows Topping: 2/3 c. corn syrup 1/4 c. butter 2 tsp. vanilla 12 oz. (2 c.) peanut butter chips 2 c. crispy rice cereal 2 c. salted peanuts

Directions:	Directions: Combine crust ingredients (except marshmallows) on low speed until crumbly. Press firmly into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º or until light golden brown. Sprinkle with mini marshmallows, return to oven, and bake just until marshmallows begin to puff, about 2 minutes. Cool while making topping. Melt and stir corn syrup, butter, vanilla, and peanut butter chips, and then stir in cereal and peanuts. Carefully spoon over marshmallows. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into bars.
