32 oz. bag of frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 pound sausage, cooked
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
10 eggs
2 cups milk
dash paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine hash browns, cooked sausage, 1 cup cheese, and salt. Spoon into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. In a bowl, beat eggs and milk until smooth; pour over hash brown mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 45 - 50 minutes until golden brown. Top with remaining cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts. Serves 10.

I have used 3 cups of cubed ham instead of the sausage.
Can make this the night before. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.
