4-7 slices bacon
2 T. flour
1 C. water
3/4 C. sugar
1 C. vinegar
1/2 large onion, chopped
12 medium cooked sliced potatoes
Celery seed (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon till crisp, remove and crumble. Add flour to grease and brown as desired. Add water, sugar, vinegar. Stir until smooth. Add onions, salt, and pepper to taste. Then add bacon. Cook 10 min, stirring occasionally. Add the sliced potatoes and cook on low for 30 min.

This is a combination of two recipes. Mom, Anna Marie, didn't have how many potatoes and there were few directions, so I used those things from Marge's recipe. Also Janie said she uses more than 4 slices of bacon, but not all the grease. Ruthie
