1 C sugar
1 C butter
2 T water
1 1/2 t vanilla
1/2 t salt
Chopped nuts
1 bag chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Place chopped nuts in 13X9 pan (cover the bottom of the pan). Mix the first 5 ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until the mixture turns the color of a brown paper bag (about 15 minutes). Pour over chopped nuts. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top. After they are melted, spread with knife, or shake the pan to make it smooth. At this point, you can put in freezer to speed up setting. When the chocolate has hardened, break apart and serve.
