1 lb. salt pork Boiling water
Corn meal 2 Tbsp drippings
2 Tbsp flour 1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Dip slices of pork in boiling water. Drain and dip in cornmeal. Brown slowly in a skillet, turning frequently

Thicken drippings with flour. Pour milk in slowly.

Serve with boiled or baked potatoes.
