2 cans black beans, rinse and drained well
1 can corn
1 bunch spring onions, slice with tops
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 cucumber, diced
1 tomato, diced
1 small jar pimentos

Dressing:
3/4 c. rice vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
6 pks. equal (sugar substitute)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Toss with dressing and chill.
