1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. cheese mozzarella and cheddar mixed
salt and pepper to taste
8-10 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. dill
4 large fresh ripe tomatoes, peeled and slice
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1 9" prebaked deep-dish pie shell
2 tbps. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Layer tomato slices, basil, oregano, dill and onion in prebaked pie shell. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix together grated cheese and mayonnaise. Spread on top of tomatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
