1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. fresh raspberries or drained, thawed raspberries


Streusel:
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. quick oatmeal
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
6 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Make streusel first. Mix dry ingredients and then cut in 6 T. butter. Set aside.

Cream the butter and sugar. Beat in the egg. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Combine milk, sour cream, and vanilla in a small bowl and then add alternately with flour mixture to the butter, sugar, and egg mixture. Fold in the raspberries.

Spoon batter in muffin cups. Sprinkle with streusel topping. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from muffin tin.
